"From the total of 830,673 compulsory ID cards, which have recorded data of 791,843 or 95.33% of those who have not yet recorded data of 38,830 people or 4.67%," said Head of Population and Civil Registry (Dispenduk Capil) Probolinggo District Slamet Riyadi.
According to Slamet, compulsory e-ID that has not data recording yet is not necessarily there and many possibilities. "It could be the person have died but the family did not report, did not registered of the administration for 3 to 5 years, was abroad and was outside the region and did not return to Probolinggo district," he explained...

Results from offline recorded is sent to Dispenduk Capil for the online entry data.
