Furthermore, Eko, explained that the Village Fund budget must be functioned properly. There is no reason to be entrusted. "The funds must be fully functional for the activities in the village and in accordance with the basic tasks of officials who have authority for the Village Fund in the District Office," said Eko.
According to him, there are various types of misuse of the Village Fund, either it could be due to managerial misunderstanding, or there is intention also to make the Village Fund deviate. "If there is abuse in Probolinggo District, it should be sanctioned firmly, should not be allowed," Eko concluded.
For now the alleged case of village funding cuts in Probolinggo regency is sticking out in two sub-districts, namely Paiton and Gading Sub-districts.
